To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有早餐自助餐優惠$128一位包加一，早一日book到位。八時到達，未開始多人，先去取一碟合成傳統all day breakfast，之後排隊即製奄列，侍應亦提供咖啡和茶。日本冷面可自選多款配料；沙律有紅菜頭；港式有西多士，蛋撻，港式奶茶，蘿蔔糕，炒麵，三款中式點心。面包部有鬆餅，但好細個，再取多個服務員唔係好願意。生果部有益力多，鮮窄果汁和乳酪。再加一碗叻沙粉好飽。服務員大部份態度和禮貌好好，值得一讚。
