To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚cwb有好多間想食嘅鋪頭都冇開,咁就轉移陣地過咗灣仔. 響openrice見到呢間, 睇相幾特別, 就即刻book咗。佢個入口位響另一條樓梯,雖然響2 樓, 但係都唔係好高, 行幾步就到, 仲可以幫助腸道蠕動添. 一上到去, 個裝修好特別, 好似置身於花樣年華嘅年代一樣, 感覺好懷舊, 佈置都好花心思。 我地3 個人, 叫咗炒水蓮, 咸蛋白玉苦瓜, 炸肥腸, 烏龍茶香燻雞, 香酥比目魚。 佢其實有d唔同嘅set, 但係因為我地唔係好肚餓, 散叫仲好。 啲嘢食全部都好好味。 荔枝soda真係有荔枝. 有機會都可以再嚟食~
