To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鍾意熊既我見到呢間餐廳有熊出沒，緊係要同fd去試一試。好得意，菜單裡面既麵都有熊字。店裡面唔算好大，但都唔算細，可以容納到十幾個人，亦都唔會好逼。店內有張圖show好似係有wifi 要問店員拎密碼，好似係，唔知有無理解錯 XD講返d野食，菜單係一張圖文並茂，可以比我地填寫各種口味，麵既粗幼，要邊一種叉燒之類既選擇。呢間日式拉麵店有各種拉麵，白熊黑熊赤熊拉麵，分別係白湯，黑蒜湯同辣麵，仲有其他，無特別記住係咩。我就試左黑熊拉麵。呢個麵既麵質唔錯，湯都幾好飲我個人係幾滿意ga。附上一張圖
