今日同FD黎花墟買花,FD一直想試試哩間餐廳,咁陪佢啦。餐廳裝修好INS風,周圍都係打卡位。宜家轉咗新menu,有唔少新菜式。抹茶拿鐵(熱),用咗山政小山園抹茶粉調製,入口抹茶味香濃唔會覺得苦,加埋鮮奶好滑TIM。Refreshing Passion,好清爽嘅一杯mocktail,以蘇打水做底,加入熱情果,芒果同橙汁,味型好豐富。巴馬火腿配哈密瓜,火腿質素好高,睇落雪花分明透出一陣油脂香味。哈密瓜清甜爽脆口感,同鹹香火腿好夾。香檸蜜糖烤雞伴番茄沙律及烤椰菜,烤雞足有半隻,再加埋數款配菜,好豐富。雞皮烤到微焦,食落好香脆,雞肉嫩滑唔柴。雞肉預先研製過,唔洗點醬已經好夠味,仲散發少少青檸香味。牛肉壽喜燒炒烏冬,用壽喜燒方法炒制烏冬,做法好得意。壽喜燒醬汁偏香甜,所以成份烏冬食落好清爽彈牙。焙茶提拉米蘇,用木盒裝住好日本風,焙茶加入唔會影響提拉米蘇口感,食落反而減少油膩感覺,只會覺得好幼滑同埋好香茶味。
