To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

燒肉Like呢間，啱啱開到來香港已經有食，因為如果約唔到人，又想食燒肉，佢係獨食嘅最佳選擇，呢間過江龍，真係好好。佢有6款燒肉醬揀，日韓風味都有得揀，咁應該點樣揀自己鍾意嘅味道呢？我自己就攞支匙羹，逐支醬料吱1滴落去，試到自己鍾意嘅味道。最終都係蒜蓉醬油／辣味噌醬，最啱我口味。今次揀咗牛五花200g套餐，再追加1份雞腿肉100g。牛肉份量超足，以致我覺得100g雞肉好似好少咁。牛五花牛味可以，肥瘦雙間，所以肉質都軟得來有咬口，加埋醬真係好好味。最後追加咗嘅雞腿肉，就有雞皮嘅，烤完都唔會乾爭爭，幾香。呢間對比其他單人燒肉算幾好食，昭重要醬汁好多選擇。
