To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前一星期會食一次 但中間再黎食既時候覺得無咁好味 就開始少左黎食但今日忽然又想黎食咁就試下啦點知佢要排隊排左二十分鐘到坐既位都係好逼 不過無所謂啦 佢服務唔錯 特別係舊既短頭髮姐姐不過有一個姐姐應該係新做既 佢比較無咁熟悉個menu依個豬手好食 淋同入味 點既醬好惹味絕對值得試泡菜煎餅 一如既往既水準 脆同惹味海鮮豆腐湯 都係咁好味 每次必叫既芽菜配菜泡菜 覺得泡菜無以前好食 芽菜比以前咸左安東雞 之前無叫過 都唔錯食係唔想食人蔘雞既選擇燉牛肋骨都係每次必點入味同埋佢係好多牛既(比以前多)其實仲有牛肉卷 餃子 同埋香腸泡菜麵(個牛肉卷比較乾 覺得普通個隻最好食)仲叫左枝酒咁樣食6個人都係大約6百蚊到覺得好抵食 抵佢咁多年黎都要排隊!
