To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經艷的古法脆皮燒雞，新店開張，見到香噴噴，忍唔住要試吓，店舖好多人，排晒隊，見到我都唔執輸，即刻買隻試吓先！第一，熱辣辣，第二非常脆皮，第三，雞味濃郁雞有雞味（好似廢話）說真的，呢一隻雞真的好食，非常有驚喜，皮超級脆，非常多汁，估唔到咁好食，我建議唔好用鉸剪剪開，直接用手撕開會比較好，可惜今次我們沒有點太多，由於第一次食，只係試咗主打燒雞，店員有介紹其他小食，但我怕唔好食，所以冇叫，下次會叫埋小食正
