選用三黃雞混羊山雞,以高溫250度窯燒40分鐘鎖住肉汁,最後猛火燒5分鐘,達至皮脆肉嫩效果。
皮脆、個皮好薄,爆雞汁,肉身嫩滑,入口有陣陣煙燻味,隻雞都幾大隻 好多肉,以依個份量大細我覺得$198完全唔貴~
個人覺得整體正常,唔係難食,不過唔算話真係咁出色。去開新蒲崗經過咪試吓🤣

由於 Mirror 關係,近期大熱嘅流浮山燒雞。


星期二嘅下晝五點左右打電話去訂,講7:00pm攞,接電話個姐姐十分之好,話冇問題,多謝晒。心諗近期大熱嘅店舖,竟然可以唔使俾錢先,可以預訂來取真係有一流嘅服務 👍🏻👍🏻⋯⋯ 點知⋯⋯


晚上七點左右到,原來係俾咗錢先至繼續開始排隊等燒雞出爐。


之後大約等咗一個鐘左右,先至攞到隻燒雞返屋企食。


等候期間,不少顧客都會問店員幾時有,但店員都答不出,只係見到師傅不停手燒。 約略見到燒雞係先炸,後入燒爐至熟,所有一定要時間夠,雞才可以俾客,唯有成群客喺門口等。


當晚見到等候客人頗多,女店員有喺雪櫃攞支裝水比客人解渴,都算係咁啦。

入味,雞內籠仲有一條香草。
雞內籠嘅雞骨有點偏鹹,但整體都係好味嘅。


$198一隻燒雞貴唔貴?見仁見智。
你喺大酒樓,五星酒店食已經唔係呢個價錢啦。


但可以諗深一層,佢有點兒似超市熟食外賣嘅燒雞。 超市嘅燒雞係用雪雞,肉質同佢係唔同,但做法味有相似,所以試一次就夠啦。 而且所有燒雞,最緊要係新鮮燒起,熱辣咁食,雞皮脆,咁就一定得啦。

朋友生日,介紹佢地食新蒲崗名物(花姐話)之前已經食過一次,外賣番屋企都好食,皮仲脆既,鷄殼入面有串rosemary提味,仲有晒鉸剪、手套。見評論話就算提早一粒鐘都仲要等,當日响Openrice 落定單指定時間取,幸好去到都係等幾分鐘就有。叫了兩雞兩排骨埋單$712,預約左六點半取,見到佢張枱已經有好多單,有十幾人响度等緊,花姐效應果然犀利。臨走專登問佢入面係咪已經有鉸剪、手套,個鄉音女人好肯定話有,點知番到去打開得隻鷄同排骨。真心嬲,鉸剪都慳。朋友們試過後都覺得唔駛想食,無鷄味。二百蚊買隻冰鮮鷄有啲唔抵。

第二,燒雞塊皮完全唔脆,冇做到窯燒應該要有嘅賣點,吊得唔夠耐唔夠乾。我哋外賣攞走5分鐘內已經打返開個盒嚟食,所以應該排除外賣焗住,會整冧塊皮嘅因素。

第三,隻雞肉質好嚡、老,完全唔嫩滑,燒雞最易中嘅問題中咗。

我係新蒲崗返工,次次經過呢間舖都聞到啲雞好鬼香,趁星期日去完荷李活拎嘢,老婆陪小朋友溫書,於是決定買燒雞當lunch,之後就試吓用openrice app叫燒雞加竹筒飯外賣,返到屋企(好近,黃大仙)一打開,隻雞仲係香噴噴,有埋鉸剪比你方便剪開食,燒雞香之外,肉質好juice,邊咬雞肉,啲雞油仲不斷咇出嚟,好耐冇試過食咁高質素嘅燒雞,真係好鬼死好味!隻雞要$198,貴唔貴見仁見智,但我就一定翻閹幫襯!…竹筒飯唔差,但唔係我愛食,下次睇吓可唔可以order油飯先…
