揚名國際燒肉 ($78)其實唔係燒肉咁簡單,應該係燒腩仔先正確,皮脆,肥瘦分明,清清楚楚見到五層,又juicy,傳統嘅黃芥辣就無提供,反而比咗wasabi 你,又幾特別,又創新家鄉秘製扣肉 ($168)大大塊五花腩,入口即溶,仲炆得好入味,仲有甜甜哋嘅梅菜,送飯一流濃湯雞煲翅 ($368 四人份)上菜時,先把翅分在碗內,然後就用gas 爐再將雞湯加熱,再倒入碗內,碗碗都有好多翅,仲有成半隻雞添,雞湯鮮甜,鹹度適中,食完仲可以再添湯小炒皇 ($88)好夠火喉嘅小炒,又乾身,有韭菜花、腰果、銀魚仔、蝦乾,好野味容哥第一嘴 ($68)即係墨魚咀,外層嘅炸粉不太厚,好香脆,墨魚咀,爽口彈牙唔韌,係送酒良伴!
