To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先隻雞係霉既,雞皮完全無彈性,而且份量唔多,呢個價位出返去買海南雞大把質素好過佢。其次個雞飯係爛既,糊到不得了,好似小朋友粥仔咁,食泥咁既感覺,而且最重要既雞油香味同其他調味係欠奉,配搭既醬汁同醃菜只能講不過不失。椰子雞湯反而合格,但要加錢,細細碗但入邊都算足料,有兩舊雞髀肉同大量椰子片。入口偏鹹少少但湯底算係濃厚,少少稠(杰)總之總括而言,個飯$49完全唔值,個湯又要另外加錢,其實去好幾間出名嘅海南雞店,差唔多嘅價錢都已經包埋碗湯。

椰子雞湯反而合格,但要加錢,細細碗但入邊都算足料,有兩舊雞髀肉同大量椰子片。入口偏鹹少少但湯底算係濃厚,少少稠(杰)

總之總括而言,個飯$49完全唔值,個湯又要另外加錢,其實去好幾間出名嘅海南雞店,差唔多嘅價錢都已經包埋碗湯。
