To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到旺角行街,見到旺角中心有「唇茶」分店,用OpenRice叫定先,點知攞到返屋企,前後唔夠20分鐘,杯茶已經變酸(不是正常的酸味),而且奇亞籽有怪味,不是平時正常飲到的味道。平時大多數在銅鑼灣渣甸坊買「唇茶」,一向都是order「月滿花香 /凍飲大杯/ 轉奇亞籽」 都是帶回家飲,前後不到30分鐘,就飲用。但從來沒有這個問題,估不到今次在旺角中心買就變得非常難飲,有變壞變酸的味道。結果全部倒曬,沒有飲,十分浪費。希望能夠正視一下問題。
