To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家人食飯黎到銅鑼灣翠亨邨食晚飯，泊車都方面。之前食開尖沙咀美麗華分店，今次第一次到銅鑼灣分店試食。現場環境舒適，感覺沒有尖沙咀店的壓迫。及環境較安靜而服務員很有禮貌，非常勤快碗碟及主動要求幫忙。(或者尖沙咀店實在生意太好服務員都無時間招呼我們）食物方面跟尖沙咀店的質素一樣，都是很有水準。今日點了雞包翅，味道夠及材料十足，豉油雞質素依然，雞肉很滑，豉油味夠濃。反而略嫌甜品位，杏仁茶很稀，有糖像喝水的感覺。其他大致滿意，會再光臨。
