To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳座落橫街,但都容易認出。由於平日過了上班時間,無需等位就可以入座。餐牌上有港式和外國早餐,但由於之後去做運動,我就點了一份公司三文治,另外一個朋友就點了港式早餐。上餐速度奇快,基本上一叫到入單就已經上菜。公司三文治入面有滑蛋鹹牛肉、番茄、青瓜、火腿同芝士等。味道有層次,而且口感不錯,我最欣賞滑蛋鹹牛肉加入三文治後令到口感提升。而朋友的港式早餐也很不錯,通粉味道可,而滑蛋都很出色。華星冰室的黑松露炒蛋真的要試,蛋漿很滑,黑松露也很香。另外我也喜歡食他常餐,通粉不會煮得太淋,味道不錯!
