To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 要走就要走,找呢度嘅出口朋友找到佢嘅出口。話別嘅日子轉眼就到。覺得如果有排都唔會返香港,去「胡同」好似係最好嘅選擇,中菜好食,又有無敵維港境。去食free flow brunch最怕佢top up慢,「胡同」 top up得好快,酒杯一定常滿!頭盤嘅鵝肝煙燻蛋香濃軟滑;金沙茄子外脆內軟,但又唔油膩。我平時最討厭食熟帶子,總係覺得如嚼蠟,但今次黑蒜帶子難得仲係鮮甜。主菜嘅青花椒鱈魚非常軟嫩,炒飯都粒粒分明。但最得我心嘅係甜品。豆腐奶凍好香豆味,正好清一清味蕾。兩個波波一個裏面係奶皇,另一個係Nutella, 香脆軟糯同集於外皮,而內餡非常香濃,好食好食。重點,胡同個廁所好陰森恐怖,細膽之人最好同朋友一齊去。食一餐飯可以有去埋鬼屋嘅刺激感。😂
