餐廳食物質素正常,侍應服務也不錯,經理態度很差!以下是讓人感到失望的用餐體驗大家評評理:家人特意訂了餐廳生日蛋糕給我,"白桃烏龍茶蛋糕"。侍應端蛋糕給我時,我們已經發現蛋糕很明顯破了,一條很深的凹痕(離譜程度請見before圖)拍照後通知侍應, 經理過來說蛋糕是朱古力面要噴漆是手工做蛋糕,一堆跟這個蛋糕破了的原因沒有關係的藉口, 但也決定拿回去看看廚師怎樣補救。經理拿着蛋糕回來,完全沒有道歉,就像生日蛋糕破掉了是應該的正常的,我吃個生日蛋糕也這麼委屈!大家看看所謂廚師的處理方法是如何,如果是你們你會接受嗎?價值$468的蛋糕,犯這種低級錯誤,質素比連鎖蛋糕店還要差!就算蛋糕店賣蛋糕時看到有這樣的破損,也不會賣給客人吧。這間餐廳竟然還是拿一個這樣的蛋糕給我,明明裝盤的時候肯定已經看到,然後所謂補救完跟沒有補有差嗎?一樣很糟糕!蛋糕味道: 完全沒有白桃味, 蛋糕有烏龍茶味,蛋糕有"雪味", 蛋糕面有倒汗水,整個蛋糕充滿茶葉,口感非常粗糙,一致認同是我們吃過最難吃的蛋糕!吃剩的蛋糕由於是家人訂的我還是硬着頭皮帶回家,餐廳就這樣用個膠餐盒裝着....這家餐廳算是走中高級路線吧,經理這樣處理事情絕對不合格,當客人傻的嗎?如果你誠懇道歉我們也不會這麼生氣和委屈,可能真的沒有另一個新的蛋糕或其他補救方法,明白錯誤人人都會有,但這餐廳處理錯誤的方法真的不敢恭維!以後絕對不會再來,也不會推薦給朋友! continue reading
