蒜蓉粉絲蝦仁-擺上台geh時候,蝦仁係未熟geh狀態,店員會幫你開爐,然後用流沙倒時。時間一到,就可以自己開蓋食啦!蝦仁好爽口彈牙!配上濃濃geh蒜香味真係絕配! 粉絲都好入味。成蝶菜冇得輸~鮑魚辣椒炒肉-店員會將蝶菜放在蠟燭上,令d食物可以一直都keep住個溫度!鮑魚細細粒好得意,煙靭有咬口,令整體口感更有層次!辣度方面我地叫小辣,但都幾辣!不過配上個香水檸檬茶就剛剛好!可以解辣又fresh!鮮炒黃牛肉-牛肉係肥牛,配埋蔬菜一起炒。味道方面冇其他咁辣,比較清淡,可以balance返~招牌蝴蝶魚-果然係招牌!蝴蝶魚一咬落去就知冇叫錯!肉質爽口彈牙!加埋辣椒就更香更惹口!而且完全冇魚腥味同魚骨,就算平時唔中意魚geh朋友都話好食。炒番薯苗-宜家正係番薯苗當季,所以一定要叫黎試試!炒番薯苗一定係落蒜頭炒香,可以更突出香味!番薯苗食落好新鮮,完全唔老!花卷-類似饅頭,係個形狀捲成一條條咁。我會將佢配埋其他菜一齊食,咁就冇咁dry~ 同埋一定要趁熱食先最好食!整體:第一次試湖南菜,比我印象係菜式調味都偏重口,而且偏多辣野揀,所以一定要配飲品。總括而言都幾好味道~適合一家人食~
