To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好食整潔茶樓+醒目員工

我哋一行三個，星期日1300左右到都即刻有位唔洗等。裝修新淨，環境清潔，坐低左有經理即刻醒目過嚟攞多張凳擺袋，係可能忙得滯冇人問飲咩茶。不過之後態度都好好同埋會主動加茶雖然價錢唔係好便宜，但係啲嘢食都對得住個價錢比同區嗰幾間茶樓好食好多。啲點心大部份都係三至四件，但係賣相都幾好。上菜速度唔係特別快，不過都可以接受。（係個馬拉糕有少少硬）大致評分都係中上嘅茶樓，反而冇之前啲評價咁差希望佢可以keep住個水準啦！
