To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我叫咗一個雜菌蒸雞飯。原來係即叫即蒸，侍應上菜時，已經聞到陣陣荷葉香味。再加上佢哋嘅秘製豉油，成個蒸雞飯非常好食。雜菌好香菇味，配埋蒸雞好惹味。至於蒸雞肉質嫩滑，又唔會有碎骨。不過，價錢就有啲貴，午餐都要$78 ，冇嘢飲。如果大家下次嚟嗌蒸嘢，就要留意番餐廳要15分鐘蒸嘢。大家趕時間，就唔好叫蒸嘢啦。餐廳都學坐得好舒服，侍應服務又好好。內部亦都有好多靚嘅裝飾，所以唔講唔知原來呢間餐廳係食好傳統嘅中菜。
