To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近天氣凍好想食辣嘢，收工見到鰂魚涌隨心餐廳都幾多人推介酸菜魚，一於去試下～我地叫左個酸菜魚、辣子雞同埋炸豆腐粒total 3樣嘢食👍🤩落單後大約10分鐘內上左幾款菜，上菜速度值得一讚！招牌酸菜魚（2人份）$198酸菜魚辣度fix左小辣，同行朋友唔太食得辣都話可以接受同埋辣得好惹味🤤魚片滑身香口、咬口彈牙嘅寬粉配埋個酸麻辣湯底好正😋💛整體覺得好好食！八味炸豆腐粒 $58一上菜熱辣辣食真係勁好食！唔簡止外脆內軟、而且配合埋孜然粉好惹味香口，中意食呢類型嘅人一定要試下🤤🤤霸王辣子雞 $168上菜份量以兩人份黎講都真喺幾多～每人最少食到4-5舊雞，而且都幾大件😆火候控制得幾好，啲雞幾入味又嫩，食起上嚟又唔會比辣味搶曬👍食完一舊會心郁郁急住想食多舊🤣🤣呢款菜係小辣同埋巧妙地利用辣味增添菜式風味，所以怕辣嘅朋友都可以試😋！
