To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為搶到政府夏日賞$600減$400所以今日就book左位同舊同事食每人都叫左個乳鴿一個用set dinner ($35x)前菜佢有個蕃茄仔好好食， 好開胃， 應該浸左d糖之類既野， 所以入口又酸又甜好正。跟住就黎左隻乳鴿，比較細隻但炸到個皮好香， 岩岩好肉都唔會太乾身， 好食之後就黎左幾個小菜炒黑豚肉， 魚湯浸菜苗，茄汁蝦球最好食係個茄汁蝦球，蝦球又大大隻， 好入味。 其次就係炒黑豚肉， 夠肥唔會全部瘦肉。菜苗都好食， 只係稍為咸左d。最好黎埋個啫喱凍，都好食正常兩個人埋單本來$8xx 埋單變$4百幾抵食
