To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終點在東涌,就是為了食這間據說又抵又好食的海鮮酒家。6點去到還未有人,不過已說訂滿,唯有坐樓上。到8點多走時,原來整條街都給他霸佔了。未點菜已送上例湯,是章魚蓮藕湯,火喉十足,真材實料,所以沒有飲到味精的蹤跡。避風塘瀨尿蝦- 4大隻瀨尿蝦一開為3份,用了避風塘煮法很難唔好食,因為有香炒的蒜蓉和辣椒,是勁為香口惹味,蝦肉尚可。豉椒炒蜆及蟶子-兩款也欠缺鑊氣,味道也不夠。辣酒煮花螺-夠辣又夠花彫香味,這個湯比花螺好,可借沒有淨粉絲,而且叫一窩淨米粉要$45,大家認為唔抵,所以無要。如果將粉絲或米粉浸了湯後,吸收晒味道更加滋味。將海杉蚌二味,炒球及炆頭腩,前者不及炆頭腩來得入味。炒球始終較為清淡些,魚肉結實,但魚味稍為欠缺,但勝在獻汁不過太糊口,而墊底的西蘭花夠多又夠爽。炆頭腩就入味非常,不過沾了太多粉來炸的魚頭,入口有點漿口感覺。配料的豆腐亦為過老。海三寶蒸茄子-頗特別的一味,將原條茄子,放上了鹹魚仔、蝦乾及魷魚乾來蒸,有這三寶來吊味,當然惹味非常。除了以上海鮮外,再另加幾碟小菜。燒腩仔-皮燒得幾脆,肉更加好,夠嫩。最特別是用蕎頭來作伴菜。生炒骨-頗為難食又乾又,甜酸味不夠。腐乳通菜及麵醬

腐乳通菜及麵醬生菜-前者較為老,腐乳味也不夠;後者心得大家欣賞,麵豉份量恰好,生菜亦夠爽口。

上湯魚肚絲瓜-賣相亦夠特別,用了一大木桶來盛載。湯底的胡椒味濃郁,魚肚及絲瓜比例亦相當多。

連15枝啤酒,每人承為$130,是很抵食,至於好食就只是一般。
