To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看見有網民食評話有期望所以好失望,但我去之前完全沒有任何期望,反而覺得好好食!選擇了最基本的點心:蝦餃、燒賣、腸粉和叉燒包。筍尖很爽,蝦肉亦很新鮮彈牙。唯一瑕疵是可能新鮮蒸起,筷子夾起時蝦餃皮黏着筷子,整穿了蝦餃皮。這個燒賣帶子亦很啱我食,尤其豬肉不太肥,其實食唔出啲肥膏,正👍🏻這個有春卷皮餡的腸粉,好新穎嘅配搭,我第一次食👍🏻。肥度適中的叉燒包💖聽另一半講,未裝修前環境是比較傳統中式酒樓,現在就modern 一些。我最喜歡是坐為夠寬闊。當日他們還安排了我們坐corner 沙發位,好舒服。枱又夠闊,慢慢嘆茶,超享受😊。賣單都有驚喜,本身有Langham card 每款點心有15%discount之外,見到茶芥再有30% special discount。提高了低食程度!😄

筍尖很爽,蝦肉亦很新鮮彈牙。唯一瑕疵是可能新鮮蒸起,筷子夾起時蝦餃皮黏着筷子,整穿了蝦餃皮。
