To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 廢話唔多講,首先要讚一讚呢度嘅金沙雞,暫時係我食過最好食嘅雞!🤤唔似普通嘅炸子雞,雖然雞皮都係好趣,但係佢仲用咗啲蒜醃製,而且上面會有啲蒜粉,成隻雞都好入味,又唔會好鹹。而且,就算雞胸嘅部位都好滑,唔會好鞋,完全係高水準嘅雞黎。👍🏼👍🏼再者,個牛油焗鮑魚亦都係另一個我覺得好驚豔嘅菜。首先鮑魚唔會老,好彈牙,而且好大牛油味,而且會有少少調味去提升鮮味。好味程度絕對唔輸得過金沙雞!😍😍而且,仲有一樣較為創意嘅菜係鹹蛋黃苦瓜。其實佢就係苦瓜,但係用鹹蛋黃當天婦羅皮。唔好睇佢好似唔係幾夾,又或者好簡單,其實食落去好有層次感。首先就係鬆脆嘅鹹蛋黃外皮,入邊就係琳琳地嘅苦瓜,呢仲口感真係第一次試!總結來講,呢間絕對係一間CP值超級高嘅食肆!😍🔥🤪

唔似普通嘅炸子雞,雖然雞皮都係好趣,但係佢仲用咗啲蒜醃製,而且上面會有啲蒜粉,成隻雞都好入味,又唔會好鹹。而且,就算雞胸嘅部位都好滑,唔會好鞋,完全係高水準嘅雞黎。👍🏼👍🏼

再者,個牛油焗鮑魚亦都係另一個我覺得好驚豔嘅菜。首先鮑魚唔會老,好彈牙,而且好大牛油味,而且會有少少調味去提升鮮味。好味程度絕對唔輸得過金沙雞!😍😍
