屋企人不時想食潮洲菜,但好怕舊式菜館環境唔乾淨。喺尖沙咀都係去金燕島,老字號(之前喺星光行)又坐得舒服。今次清清哋,叫啲家常菜,無叫出名嘅魚翅、燕窩等:(1)麻油海節:味道調得剛剛好,好味!(2)滷水鵝片拼鵝腸:滷水味夠陳,八角桂皮味芳香,唔係只得咸味。可惜當日鵝肝賣晒,無得食。(3)清炒帶子西芹:帶子新鮮肉厚。(4)沙嗲牛肉:牛肉好嚡,今次失手。(5)煎蠔餅:蠔鮮蛋香,必叫。(6)紅燒豆腐、腿蓉娃娃菜(7)糖醋麫:外脆內軟,正!8個人,加埋只係千幾蚊,抵食!
