To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日中午, 帶著祝福的心情到鯉魚門渡假村參與奶奶娘家的婚禮, 渡假村前身為英軍軍營, 而結婚禮堂前身是小教堂, 屬於已評級歷史建築物, 氣氛莊嚴浪漫。 就在婚禮後, 一舉男家女家親朋戚友都在禮堂前與新人來影多幅大合照, 就在女家親戚合照後(我們屬女家), 熊爸上前向新娘子(熊爸的親表妹)握手恭賀, 忽然間新娘子把手上的花球丟向熊爸還「問候娘親」, 最初我以為是表妹向表哥開玩笑, 後來卻演變成新婚表妹夫向熊爸動粗推撞, 幸好沒有大打出手 這麼野蠻婚禮還是第一次遇見, 奶奶於是與我們提早離場 為了俾臉奶奶, 晚上我們只好繼續出席婚宴選址這兒是因為地點方便老人家......話就話準8時開席, 不過就唔知點解足足遲了50分鐘才正式開席, 所以上菜速度就加快加密咗。幸好廳房有電視, 侍應生亦提早送上嘉士伯啤酒、百事系汽水、智利紅酒, 大家都可以暢飲傾談近況 侍應生很盡責, 當有汽水啤酒飲完, 他/她都會立刻添補乳豬全體 ... 麻皮唔夠鬆化, 皮底下脂肪幾油膩, 乳豬肉嫩滑而味道淡淡, 沾砂糖來吃會比乳豬醬來得搭味西芹炒帶子、象拔蚌 ... 西芹爽脆無渣, 帶子就煎得比較老、韌, 象拔

晚上10時半離席, 一對新人在門口握手送客, 當輪到我們時, 新娘子竟擰頭望別處, 手也不伸出來


在此敬祝這對新人白頭到老, 兩人真是天生一對, 佳偶天成!
Other Info. : 後來從奶奶口中得知, 原先在中午婚禮期間有個向新人灑花瓣的環節, 新娘子惱恨熊爸的原因是: 熊爸把花瓣擲向她:o 其實有這種奇怪思想也不難怪, 因為[b]她[/b]的格言是: 親戚, 只不過是大家有血緣關係之嘛~ 聞之心寒!
