To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

母親節這一天到處吃飯都會比平日貴但又不想媽媽在這天也要辛苦下廚於是便到了平常常到的酒樓吃晚飯 在家的附近 非常方便 這天食物不會特別貴 只是多了收加一服務費很合理的價錢 畢竟侍應姐姐們也是媽媽級的這天我們選擇了一圍的餸菜這裡的蝦是新鮮的蒸蝦 絕不是雪藏蝦非常鮮甜 蝦膏很多 不消一會就全消滅了😂雞也非常嫰滑 雞味濃郁另外最有名的是燒鵝它真的是即燒的 雖然我們一早預定了 也要等個半小時 連燒鵝皮一起吃 那種油香不得了蒸魚火喉也控制得剛剛好 熟了也非常滑其他幾味小菜也不錯😋👍🏻
