To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日媽媽生日，我哋就帶佢去旺角嘅盈館一齊慶祝🍾️。我哋食咗呢度嘅精緻午餐，抵食美味，有粵菜點心嘅特色，令人大飽口福。🦆首先就係京式片皮鴨，烤得皮脆肉嫩，外層嘅皮香味濃郁，一啖咬落去簡直係入口即化。再配上酥炸的鴨皮和配料，滋味豐富，真係令人回味無窮。🍤繼續就係晶瑩鮮蝦餃，每一個都包得靚仔，透明嘅皮包裹住鮮嫩蝦肉，每一啖都爆滿海鮮香。🧀跟住我哋試咗芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷，金黃酥脆嘅皮包裹住軟滑嘅芝士同鮮蝦，好似一次過滿足哂所有味蕾。下次會黎試佢地既晚市，因為試左個片皮鴨超正，晚市仲要＄188就已經有一隻，超抵阿～～～
