🌟高佬麵配仁當牛肋條高佬麵其實係乾撈麵,食落近似港式瑞士汁撈公仔麵,但無咁甜;仁當牛肉有淡淡椰奶香同辣味,牛肋條燜煮得好鬆化入味,似咖哩牛肉但娘惹版本,醬汁會杰身好多,仲有少少江魚仔同花生口感又豐富D🌟一字骨 - 肉骨茶回味有藥材香,特別當歸味比較出;一字排骨足足有五大條咁多,索左湯汁唔乾柴,配埋金菇、冬菇、豆卜、支竹,成煲熱辣辣香味四溢好足料,飲落湯頭幾濃郁而且偏馬來西亞風,我地好鍾意😋🌟小食拼盤-咖喱酥、咖喱角、春捲、馬來香蕉班戟香蕉班戟要勁力推薦,應該只係香蕉🍌加麵粉,最多俾埋雞蛋😌僅此而已,眼見好多香蕉籽,又帶啲果肉加熱後天然既微酸味,食落係班戟質感,但味道我好鍾意❤️好想單點Encore春捲同咖哩角都係素餡料,分別包左椰菜同咖哩薯仔蓉,兩款都唔辣既;咖哩酥除左薯仔仲有少少豬肉,味道又比咖哩角既香辛味再重啲🌟檳城炒棵條黑醬油帶少少甜,但成碟唔會太油或太乾,好有鑊氣。味濃而香口。最重要材料一啲都唔欺場,除左有雞蛋、臘腸等之外,仲有新鮮花蛤,好正宗~🌟椰汁班蘭冰清香班蘭味同椰汁一定係最佳組合~仲有西米係入面,成杯野又唔甜🌟桔仔薄荷梳打微酸既桔仔加埋薄荷葉配上梳打水,一定解渴

🌟一字骨 - 肉骨茶
