新開的日料主打季節性食材,九道菜的tasting menu很豐富☺️ 先以茶碗蒸打開序幕! 醉大頭蝦和鮑魚很不錯,酒味芳香但不過份,大頭蝦膏甘香😚 燒牛舌厚切爽口,加上山椒份外惹味😋 當晚最愛蒲燒鰻魚木棉豆腐手卷😍魚皮另外燒過,肉嫩的鰻魚+脆卜卜鰻魚皮+脆口的棉豆腐+紫菜,口感一流🥹 再吃鐵板牛柳或黑豚肩肉和主食,十分飽足~ 赤焰湯新竹米粉其實是辣味噌湯底,辛辣惹味! 而高菜白飯魚炒飯也是第一次吃到的組合,白飯魚先炸過,所以脆卜卜😉
