To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 清燉養生牛肉麵 $65牛肉未話好林 但勝在有好多舊牛筋比較出色 煮係好夠淋 入口即溶咁養生應該就係指面頭嘅杞子桂圓🤣麵呢 好特別 與其話佢係台灣麵我覺得比較似名古屋嘅烏冬 偏硬身 唔係彈牙嗰隻 但都係要晒啲時間去咬嘅🤣份量算幾足台式豆乳雞飯$70好中意呢度嘅feel好懷舊 播哂台灣嘅流行音樂仲要勁夠黃個雞好食 唔會話食落太膩 份量夠個前菜好開胃 有啲似百香果咁嘅味~
