To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日off duty之後，去美孚探一個受咗傷嘅伙記，之後再去大家樂食餐飯。 結果，還真係換來一肚氣。當時真係下晝五點半，我叫咗一個「滑蛋牛肉飯 配 凍檸檬茶」，以正常概念嚟講 應該係一絲絲又滑又薄嘅滑蛋，覆蓋著牛肉咁樣。但係大家樂嘅呢個「滑蛋牛肉飯」 竟然就係好似湯飯咁樣，有稀溜溜又水汪汪嘅芡汁，湯汁裏面有一啲滑蛋絲，同幾片牛肉咁樣。 好在就係有圖有真相，唔係真係講都冇人信呢個係滑蛋牛肉飯。賣相唔掂，味道就係更加強差人意， 水汪汪嘅芡汁，真係見到都唔想食，食到都唔覺好味，牛肉好硬，滑蛋根本就好似雞蛋碎，冇蛋味，芡汁就好鹹。完全唔似樣又完全唔好味。Oh My God
