To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一心想食鱸魚先入去食,坐低揀好晒嘢,落單一叫鱸魚,店員就話已經賣晒。已經好無奈,但係都已經坐到入嚟,又費事咁肉酸就返出去。最後見到有冬陰功海鮮湯,價值80幾蚊,就試試佢。點知,完全冇冬陰公味,個樣係味精清湯咁,本身色水都唔係好夠,湯最後味精到都唔想飲,味精湯質素,街坊餐廳$8x真係勁貴。另外叫左個pho,都還好下次都係食返下午茶算,本身街坊商場都冇expect d乜野食,但冬陰公真係唔講出黎就會再有人中伏。
