To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果你係想搵一間高質素既粉麵鋪黎田記就岩喇，首先方便，係油麻地地鐵站A1出口行幾步就到，而且好好食！價錢中等，性價比唔錯👍🏼崩沙牛腩拼牛丸湯河 ($52)崩沙牛腩拼牛肚湯河 ($65)腐乳通菜 ($15)跟餐飲品加$7夜晚去到好好彩仲有崩沙牛腩，貪心嘅我想試多啲就嗌左雙拼，果然雙拼非常出色，無論係崩沙牛腩，牛肚，牛丸都係水準之上。首先崩沙牛腩入味而且軟淋，咬落去肥瘦啱啱好，有啲位置甚至覺得好鬆化，果然崩沙位係唔同啲。牛肚都處理得幾好，位置斬得靚，而且軟硬非常適中，至於牛丸見到雙拼得兩粒就覺得唔夠喉，因為好好食，有牛味同咬落去有肉汁爆出黎，相當Juicy！至於通菜同飲品都表現正常。今次一試覺得呢間粉麵鋪好好食，下次有機會要試埋佢嘅牛雜同雲吞

夜晚去到好好彩仲有崩沙牛腩，貪心嘅我想試多啲就嗌左雙拼，果然雙拼非常出色，無論係崩沙牛腩，牛肚，牛丸都係水準之上。
