上回提到令人回味o既普羅旺斯, 終於o係前晚就再黎一次, 果然令人同樣滿足:- romania 甜紅酒- appetizer 1: 煎鵝肝...係我食過咁多次以黎最外脆內溶化, 勁甘香- appetizer 2: 甜椒Parma Ham...我一向鐘意Parma Ham, 配埋燒過o既甜椒,欖油黑醋, 一絕- main course 1: 牛肋條配黑提汁...雖然以前次次都食牛肋條, 今次應該食其他野, 但又好懷念佢o既juicy西班牙焗蕃茄, 於是又order左, 今次蕃茄就未太夠火喉, 但牛肋條轉左配黑提汁就係好得, 食落好有層次, 記得上次食黑提汁o既菜式係和牛, 今次配牛肋條一樣咁得!!- main course 2: 黑毛豬...呢個菜o既配菜竟然係我唔食o既大蒜, 初頭真係有d卻步,但都係試試佢, 果然配上一齊食係好味過only黑毛豬好多, frankie又記一功- 甜品, 一定係必食萍果批la, 今次仲有法式焦糖蛋,真係嘩嘩嘩, 無得頂, 蛋香滑, 焦糖份量脆度恰到好處, 配上配碟朱古力醬, 真係唔識講.- frankie仲送我件 blueberry cheese cak
