To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同朋友食飯，去旺角嘅新餐廳，呢一間餐廳係我第一次嚟，但係環境非常舒服，環境好靜，簡直係旺角嘅清泉。環境幾舒適晚市可以選擇單點或者食套餐，價錢都唔算好貴。點餐不久，便送來法國麵包，份量剛剛好，先墊墊肚子。⭐️生蠔有兩種生蠔，可以配上唔同嘅醬汁。前面兩隻係法國生蠔，好甜好好食。後面兩隻係美國生蠔，足足有手掌咁大隻，食落去生蠔肉好肥口，鍾意食生蠔嘅人唔可以錯過。⭐️海膽多士呢間餐廳嘅特色就係食海膽多士，見好多台都有叫。海膽都好肥，加上烤多士，好香口。⭐️法國傳統熱溶流心芝士第一次食呢道菜，本身好鍾意食芝士，芝士係即時預熱，然後即時批落嚟，配上配菜，例如薯仔同埋腸，味道好夾好好食！
