To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環威靈頓街魚治,一家我收藏了挺久,但一直沒有吃上的日本料理店。沒有吃上的原因:午市生意太好!自 COVID--19疫情下,工作日午餐多數自己1個人吃,很多餐廳不接受1個人的訂座,我又沒耐性等位!今次,因為會議超時,約13:30到店,用餐高峰已過,終於可以吃上!點了 set lunch,包括以下的:#野菜沙律#味噌湯#宮崎豬肉西京燒:吃日本料理,感覺西京燒和銀鱈魚,中間有個等號!第1次吃豬肉西京燒,原來兩者的味道很夾!意外收穫!#黃豆粉蕨餅:我很喜歡吃蕨餅,好味!第1次來吃午餐,點單時不知道 set lunch有甜品,所以加了20元配吉士布甸1杯,味道一般!

#宮崎豬肉西京燒:吃日本料理,感覺西京燒和銀鱈魚,中間有個等號!第1次吃豬肉西京燒,原來兩者的味道很夾!意外收穫!
#黃豆粉蕨餅:我很喜歡吃蕨餅,好味!

第1次來吃午餐,點單時不知道 set lunch有甜品,所以加了20元配吉士布甸1杯,味道一般!
