To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六走到去西貢做天台屋，除左市中心，其它地方都無嘜啖好食，唯有渣車出返市中心食野，食咩都無定架啦，係人都知西貢難泊車，邊度有位泊邊度，就係邊度食。泊車最近見到間大頭小廚，見入面裝修都幾好，門面好已經贏左分，入去試下囉。中午來返個快餐，拿拿聲開工。先嚟碗例湯，唔係一般茶記嘅滾水湯，成碗飲哂。補返老婆無煲嗰啲。水蛋蒸得夠滑，入面無水泡，蛋又香，又有蝦米，夠哂野味，再加小小豉油，碟水蛋嘅味出哂嚟。又香又滑又鮮又野味，真係一碗白飯都唔夠，平時都係小飯之人，今日令我飯癮大大提升。正💪
