To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無去過太興,咁啱屋企人話要開飯,七點就來搵位,好在平日唔算太多人,假期就多人到唔想等。對上一次來想點八寶飯,點知燒肉燒鵝賣晒,食唔到耿耿於懷,今次來第一時間問定有無八寶飯,落定order。呢個八寶飯有齊叉燒、燒肉、燒鵝、切雞、紅腸、墨魚、熏蹄、咸蛋咁多樣燒味,一次過試混晒,啱晒想試晒咁多樣燒味但又唔想咁多份量。加埋飯同湯的套餐都係$51。比一般的燒味來講係貴左少少,好味道又值返晒。 豉椒排骨炒河 - 都ok,河粉炒得淋淋地,黑椒味略嫌不足,排骨d骨太大舊。 菠蘿咕嚕肉 - 煮得啱啱好,個咕嚕肉的粉唔太多,伴碟的菠蘿好大塊。 o者o者芥蘭煲 - 將o者o者雞的煮法用係芥蘭係幾得意,上菜時一大煲,好夠熱,可惜悽落有d苦,本人唔太鐘意果陣味。 冰鎮奶茶 - 次次來都會飲的,杯奶茶係完全唔放冰係杯內,而係用一個膠兜裝住d冰,再放個杯係一堆冰中間,咁樣就做到唔會溝淡的奶茶又會涷的「冰鎮奶茶」,飲落都幾香滑架!
