To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間法式小館喺中環其實超級人氣，我哋平日夜晚嚟都full house。佢哋主打以親民價錢食到正宗嘅法式料理，而且環境十分溫馨舒適，無論拍拖定係聚會都好適合。龍蝦湯龍蝦湯超級濃郁，配上脆卜卜嘅法國麵包，下次超級想試埋佢哋嘅洋蔥湯！法式焗蝸牛法式料理最經典一定係蝸牛，呢度嘅蝸牛味道超級香，必食推介！香草燒黑毛豬鞍架配焗薯豬鞍表面煎到脆卜卜，內裏保持粉嫩，咬落去好Juicy。隔離嘅伴菜都超好食，尤其是係薯仔，有種特別嘅香味，喺呢啲細微位都整得咁好，盡顯餐廳製作嘅用心。黑松露野菌意粉一放上枱已經聞到陣陣嘅香味，入邊嘅有唔同嘅野菌，全部煎香以釋出菇味，配合埋al dante 嘅意粉，好出色。朱古力心太軟配雪糕一頓法國餐最緊要緊係要有甜品做結尾，心太軟焗到恰到好處，外皮輕輕焗脆，入面軟熟，一切落去啲朱古力醬爆炸性咁流晒出嚟。朱古力雪糕都別有心思，入邊係有一粒粒嘅朱古力碎，好好味。餐廳仲有紅白酒買一送一優惠，可惜我哋唔飲，但係真係超級抵呀！今次食完之後，第二日我已經心掛掛想再去多次🥹
