To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行26人到美味廚嘆火鍋慶祝生日超開心 皆因當日我食到一隻6斤幾重o既亞拉斯加長腳蟹, 部長話係西貢捉番o黎o既墨魚同埋竹薟蝦, 佢o地D蝦好特別o既, 將D殼mok晒o架同埋一讚o既就係鮑魚仔, 一口一隻勁爽 , 我o5食牛肉同羊肉, 所以揀o左 D 黑豚豬肉同話係西班牙黎o既黑毛豬, 前者爽滑, 後者超濃豬味勁正正正 ^ 3^ 佢o地D丸餃都幾特別, 因有太多食物, 所以叫晒雙拼三拼咁, 所以淨係食到粒鵪春旦雞肉丸一粒咸旦豬丸同埋唔知咩餃, 下次要食齊佢 !!! 其實值得一提是渣o左6架車o黎, 都5駛搵位, 皆因有代客泊車 ($50架) 又一超方便, 當晚間貴賓房, 間房好大好靚 ^^ 最緊要係坐到廿幾人, 有私家廁所重好乾凈添 ^0^ , 重有2個應該幾高級o既黑衫人全程招呼, 好好好 !! 下次一定番吃
