To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屋企附近開左間新餐廳,叫醉鮮。由細到大都鍾意食醉雞同有酒煮嘅食物,決定一試。入去睇完餐牌, 發現價錢合理。所以除咗點我平常鍾意食嘅醉雞配米缐同魚湯㡳,仲叫咗個叫醉鮮撈起嘅小食。不得不提呢個醉鮮撈起,除咗價錢便宜(只賣8元),味道亦非常好,材料包括青瓜木耳(定雲耳?)紅蘿蔔同中華沙律,mix and match之下味道好夾,係一樣我覺得非常適合夏天食嘅開胃小食,價錢同味道均有驚喜。另外,對醉雞有要求嘅我亦覺得有此處醉雞有水準,因為有酒味之餘,最重要係做到雞肉夠嫩滑。除此之外,魚湯亦夠鮮味,感覺是家𥚃落了很多魚煲的魚湯味道。整體是次光顧經驗良好,會再幫襯。每日在沙田工作吃厭了哪些連鎖店,這次吃到了清新的味道。值得一讚是此處的服務,店員會介紹食物之外,亦會盡快回應客人。已期待下次試店員推介嘅生死戀泡飯(生死戀原來係指鹹魚同鮮魚,我仲以為係豬戀上牛嘅韓式愛情故事添!)
