作為潮洲人,對潮州菜總是有一份情意結,最近發現原來係鬧市中有一間做得相當好嘅潮州菜,特別係甜品「家鄉鼠殼粿」實在是一吃傾心,本來呢款食物賣相並不算太吸引,黑色嘅粿皮按照傳統做法,係鼠殼草製作而成,餡料為綠豆蓉,煎得甘香,入口煙靭軟腍,甚為美味。一系列既前菜已經甚為吸引— 涼拌魚皮、普寧炸豆腐、韭菜鵝紅、炸大腸、生醃螄蚶,已係甚為滿意次選~「芝麻雞」($398)賣相吸引,香脆既雞皮上鋪滿了芝麻,入口滿口芝麻香,加上嫩滑既雞肉,確係甚有水準,可留意嘅係須要預先訂購~能係潮州菜館吃到「紅米牛肋骨」($488)確係幾驚喜嘅,賣相亦相當對辦,係預期中既味道呢~ 甚為有gimmick嘅係可以食到魚翅撈飯,以每分$168黎緊,都真係相當唔錯!

能係潮州菜館吃到「紅米牛肋骨」($488)確係幾驚喜嘅,賣相亦相當對辦,係預期中既味道呢~
