這餐晚飯最令人期待的「生醃膏蟹」(時價)一出場,我們的目光便無一例外地被吸引過去,只見足有三隻蟹份量的 「生醃膏蟹」,誘人地躺在大碟上,那些靜卧在蟹蓋和蟹身上的橙橙綠綠的蟹膏,令人垂涎欲滴。那三個超級邪惡,滿是蟹膏的蟹蓋我雖沒吃,但同樣滿是蟹膏,只不過相對地邪惡度較輕的蟹身,我就吃了幾件,那軟滑的生蟹肉和蟹膏的鮮味,著實令人回味無窮。至於那些蟹鉗,我就因為懶於剝殼而沒有試了。

我哋呢班為食友,周不時會約埋飯聚,菜式與價錢不拘,Fine Dine或地道皆可。是次有人吹雞,話想食潮汕菜,群組帖子一出,大家一呼百應,五分鐘不到便成局。來的是尖咀的金凡潮汕菜,氣氛似大牌檔,但坐得舒服好多,甚至乎有VIP房,但我哋覺得坐大廳吃得更加盡興。發起人做事一向穩妥,早已與店家夾好菜單,大家安頓好後,小食隨即送來。先是韭菜鵝紅,鵝紅無疑會比豬紅更加嫩滑,夾埋漓甜無渣的韭菜,難理什麼膽固醇超標,大家今晚已經豁出去。薄穀唔係成日有得食,趁岩時候就不能錯過,粒粒飽滿鮮美。平時食潮州菜,可能會食凍蟹,亦有機會會叫生醃螄蚶,但生醃羔蟹真係唔多食,或者心目中會覺得這是寧波菜色吧!當然,家陣食嘢都唔應該有呢種食古不化既思想。再者,呢三蟹爆羔既出品上桌時,足以令眾人起哄。蟹既手手腳腳都好多羔且鮮甜,蟹蓋先至誇張得要命,輕輕用匙刮一刮已是超澎湃的蟹羔,一發不可收拾,筆者若非有番咁上下年紀,必定同佢死過。家陣只能三個人分一隻蟹蓋既蟹羔,都已好過份了。吃潮州嘢要食海螺!鐵板上,店員席前點火,岩晒相機食先既呢個時代。海螺肉厚,卻完全不韌,味道鮮甜,掂!當然仲會有鹵水嘢,貪心既我哋要拼盤就最好。鵝片肉嫩
