To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 富臨呢個名真系細細過就已經聽過,其實好多時飲茶/ 食晚飯都係去海港/ 稻香/ 屋企附近嘅酒樓,今晚去開沙田一田果邊買啲家庭用品,就直間搵間富臨皇宮食埋晚飯。呢間分店係石門一個新商場嘅二樓,樓底真係好高,新裝修仲幾Grand幾Elegant添,就甘睇個殼真係好過唔少連鎖食店。紅燒乳鴿 - 岩岩燒起,外皮香得黎又有肉汁,醬油香甜,乳鴿仲幾入味。果皮蒸鮑魚 - 108蚊/6隻,都系用果皮/ 蔥黎蒸,之後加啲豉油。鮑魚肉質夠爽彈,但又唔會韌,口感幾好,味道都系以鮑魚鮮味為主,除返開10幾蚊/隻,抵食。香薯一口牛 - 有大量焗薯角同牛柳粒,加埋個黑椒汁,夠惹味。牛柳粒嫩滑但又能夠保持其爽勁有咬口,牛味適中。焗薯又香,加埋黑椒汁黎食又唔覺得寡,都幾香口惹味。龍躉2味嘅西蘭花炒龍躉球 - 龍躉腩都有成十件,而且件件都唔細。腩位夠鮮夠曬嫩滑,而且啖啖肉冇骨落地,真系幾正。甜品蒸雙皮奶 - 只系賣10.8,大大盅平到一個點。比起松記/ 唔少出名嘅糖水舖平成倍之餘,味道都唔輸蝕。雙皮奶號嘅質感幼滑,好似豆腐花一樣甘嫩,仲幾有奶香,好香甜,記得唔好食太飽,留肚食呢個
