天氣咁凍,好想食啲暖笠笠嘅嘢,咁朋友就提議食烤魚,咁我一定係舉腳贊成!咁岩對面街就有間,仲要唔係連鎖舖頭,而係小店經營,更加想幫襯試下。我哋入去揀左招牌豆花鱸魚,研究menu發現可以揀埋配料打邊爐,咁就叫埋肥腸,竹笙,牛肉片,土豆片,鴨血,炸蝦卷王,牛板腱肥牛,生菜。鋪頭上野都快手,好快就上左條魚,條魚肉質嫩滑,豆花又吸曬啲汁,十分惹味。打邊爐配料正正常常,最緊要係吸到好食嘅湯汁。我哋最後又補加左麻辣拌魚皮同梅菜扣肉煲仔飯,拌魚皮酸酸辣辣好開胃,梅菜扣肉又熱辣辣。食完成個人都暖曬呀!
