To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到尖沙咀東的彩福皇宴，地方非常之大，座位又充足，裝潢佈置絕對合適作為宴會場地之選。雖然前來不是為了婚宴，但晚飯小菜都非常吸引。單單是必食12道風味和真味小食，都足夠叫滿一枱食物。還有地道燒味、港式小菜、素食、炒粉麵飯、湯羹和酒水，都已經有很多菜式選擇。12道風味小菜如此吸引，就決定試一試。入座先開茶 HKD17/人，一般茶葉都有供應，選上香片都不錯。點好美味菜式，決定要個白飯伴吃 HK17/碗。這夜入座率甚高，所以小菜都要等候一點時間。八味黃金豆腐粒 HKD68，雖然沒有醋汁供應，但只吃黃金豆腐粒，豆腐滑溜，八味又有惹味，送酒或送飯一流。得奬酒香蝦腰蒸蛋 HKD108，用上鮮蝦、蕃茄蒸滑蛋，再加點櫻花蝦乾，賣相非常吸引。蒸蛋入口滑溜無比，又吃到櫻花蝦咸香，鮮蝦鮮甜，同樣送飯吃一樣美味。鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉 HKD128，咕嚕肉外脆內軟，用上腩肉炸香，所以肥瘦各一半，口感不錯。加上鮮菠蘿炒，漿汁酸酸甜甜非常開胃。
