星期五約了朋友食晚飯,想搵個靜啲嘅地方傾計,不過銅鑼灣繁華鬧市,似乎比較難,朋友卻在這裏找到一個寧靜舒適餐廳,這餐廳位於Oliv 4樓,我們從𨋢口一打開,就見到燈光昏暗,即刻feel到餐廳營造嘅舒服感,現場有音樂播放,每枱嘅食客都係有講有笑但唔不大聲,輕輕鬆鬆。menu頁數唔多,選擇上較集中。Drunken Crab Pasta蟹肉鋪在墨汁意粉上面,墨汁意粉帶點鹹香,有幾快蒜片放在一起令口感更加和味。Crispy Beef Short Ribswaitress話牛肉係用牛坑腩,聽到都覺得幾特別,因為喺我嘅印象中牛坑腩只會喺粉麵店出現。牛坑腩用紅酒山楂汁再加少少肉桂,配上自家製嘅香草榛子醬,牛肉外皮脆而肉嫩,幾有口感,配菜薯蓉份量都幾多,驟眼睇以為係碟頭飯。整體食物質素不錯,加上環境幾好,著實是可以釋放壓力嘅選擇。
