將軍澳 Hygge鴨絲沙律鴨肉絲鬆軟加西瓜,再加上少許pepper同埋啤梨粒,沙律清爽口感又特別,幾好嘅配搭。紅菜頭沙律冰凍嘅紅菜頭多水又多汁,紅菜頭味道淡薄,配上雪梨酒醋入口清爽,加埋caper突出嘅酸味,口感複雜豐富,藉得一試!香煎鱸魚魚皮煎得脆脆香口好食,鱸魚肉質屬於較粗但魚味足兼鮮美,大廚烹調時間掌握啱啱好,外邊煎封香脆,內裏肉汁鮮嫩。白豆蓉加綠汁墊底,滿咀鮮香味濃,味道配搭得細緻複雜。黑松露risotto帶微微黑松露香氣味道,咬落去有生生地嘅口感, 米粒稍為有啲過硬,不過risotto夠晒Creamy。烤豬肉卷Pizza 看似味濃實則味道清淡,配嘅芝士都較為味淡,批底煙煙韌韌幾好食,豬肉卷則冇乜特別感覺。鹹味 芝士Souffle鹹鹹軟滑又Creamy ,墊底蔬菜撈埋香軟芝士感覺好特別,菠菜同椰菜花煮得較為透身軟腍,撈埋creamy芝士一齊食,又有另外一番風味,食完之後夠晒飽肚。燒龍脷魚燒烤烹調程度掌握準確,夠juicy 又無過生或過熟,魚骨微帶血絲。龍脷魚味淡薄,配菜款式夠多但無搶去魚鮮味道,大㕑都做得幾花巧,胡椒加黑欖同埋caper做烤汁吊味配合得恰到好處。Antichok

燒烤烹調程度掌握準確,夠juicy 又無過生或過熟,魚骨微帶血絲。龍脷魚味淡薄,配菜款式夠多但無搶去魚鮮味道,大㕑都做得幾花巧,胡椒加黑欖同埋caper做烤汁吊味配合得恰到好處。Antichoke同埋cauliflower煮熟再燒口感脆嫩特別,鉛筆菇煙煙韌韌好有菇味。全碟雖然油淋淋,食落冇油膩感覺。

紅酒啤梨薄餅
crepe較為厚身,紅酒啤梨冰冰凍凍,啤梨及紅酒味太淡,口感都算可以。

Tiramisu
用crepe做餡料加雪梨酒,雪梨甜酒香味滿溢,可惜薄餅餡料較厚及糊口。

開心果Crepe 
未帶酸酸甜甜,開心果咬落脆脆口感覺可以。

海鹽焦糖crepe
鹹鹹甜甜好有特別嘅味道,充滿強勁口味,薄餅相對厚身。

餐廳位處隱蔽偏靜,因為有朋友帶路,如果自己去一定搵唔到入口。烹調屬於年青人fusion款式。裝修新潮簡單,餐具乾淨清潔,餐桌椅凳簡單整齊,空調系統足夠無油煙味,店員殷勤有禮貌親切。
