To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚我同男友及他媽媽三人行,ＢＯＯＫ左明記食黃油蟹(open rice comment 甘好,咪試下ＬＡＷ),　點知坐低先知要自己去買,真係大鄉哩--"我同男友咩都唔識,去左對面龍如度買海鮮,個哥哥仔好好好專業,黃油蟹一只１０襾重都係$３６０,我地諗要１只定２好,他同我地講,一只就夠啦!因為好漏嫁,好高膽固醇!最多幫我地選只大Ｄ啦!他真係好有心機幫我地選,睇左幾只先选到再帶我們睇其他海鮮,介紹我們食斑馬瀨尿蝦(１６４/斤),平過平時食既好多(２０８/斤),如果椒鹽無咩分別!個哥哥仔又好細心甘幫我們找２只大只既瀨尿蝦,等廚房可以每只分到３件喎!再要花螺,大約１２襾就夠我們食啦!唔夠先再黎買過喎!買海鮮一共HKD580
