To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然泰國旅遊已經開放，不過返港依然要隔離，還是留港尋找泰滋味比較好。喜歡銅鑼灣的小曼谷，位於Tower 535 地庫自成一角，而且燒烤海鮮比一般泰菜館多，份外有海邊美食風情。燒脆皮白鱔 $158每次到訪必吃，因為選材優質，鱔肉堅挺有彈性，肥美肉汁保持，燒得香，不過皮就比較韌，但依然是吃過中數一數二的好，牛肉沙嗲 $24豬肉沙嗲 $24沙嗲調味不俗，豬肉比牛肉好，我比較喜歡軟嫩。泰式煲仔翅 $98來個泰式煲仔翅更有風味，雖然別期望有真翅，包裝得入型入格，吃得開心。菠蘿海鮮炒飯 $96並非以真正菠蘿盛載有些失分，不過材料豐富，炒飯粒粒分明且入味。以 QR code 網上點菜，衛生快捷，出菜亦快，員工看來充足，環境企理，地點方便，我會再訪。
